 The tour will be a caravan tour. Check the calendar
for current meeting place and time.
 At 9:30 a.m., we will take a few minutes for networking and to share information about listings
and have a muffin and coffee.
AFFILIATE MEMBERS are encouraged to attend and share their programs, company, etc., with
everyone.
Brokers placing homes on tour must have representation tour day. Listing agents are encouraged
to attend but a Broker representative with subject knowledge will be accepted. Brokers are encouraged to provide
weekly tour representation even if Broker has not submitted a tour request. Homes without representation will be
removed from tour.
 Tour will be scheduled for 3 hours (10AM-1PM). Tour will terminate at 1PM. Homes
unseen must be resubmitted by the listing Broker for the next week. All client notification will be at listing
Brokers discretion.
Touring Agents, please log your attendance on the Sign-In sheet and pick up a Tour sheet. Sign
in sheets will be distributed to participating Brokers.
The Tour Sheet will include the Tour listings and directions from one property to the next.
Agents are encouraged to provide feedback for each property on tour. Feedback should be noted on the Tour
sheet and turned in at the end of the Tour. Any feedback received will be forwarded to participating Brokers.
For Non-MAR members, a fee of $25 per listing shall apply.Secondary memberships are also available
($75 per year or monthly pro-rated amount from Jan 1. There will be a minimum membership of $25). Fees must be submitted
to the Treasurer in advance. To streamline
the scheduling process, please include a copy of the submitted payment with your tour request (If your home is
not toured, you will not be charged). Make checks payable to Marysville Association of REALTORS®.
 Tour requests must be in by 12 pm Tuesday prior to Tour Day. Listing Brokers should instruct
clients that homes may be viewed at any time between 10AM and 1PM and that touring is subject to the volume of
tour requests submitted. Upon review of the submissions, travel direction will be chosen. Every effort will
be made to include all submitted listings the requested week.Tour requests will be selected and scheduled at the
discretion of the Tour administration.Provided that all requests are received in a timely fashion, properties selected
for Tour will be communicated the prior day. Tour requests received after 12 pm Tuesday will not be placed on tour.
The listing broker will need to resubmit such requests the following week. |
